Pinklouds Refund & Return Policy
You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of having received it. The 14 day period for Workshop items begins on the day the product is delivered to you. Once initiating a return you have 21 days to ship it or you'll lose your instant credit/refund. To be clear, you have 14 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 21 days after it's initiated to get it out the door.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot refund your original shipping costs. If you placed an order with a Pinklouds Gift Card and a credit card, you will receive an E-Gift Card for the portion of your order paid with the Pinklouds Gift Card.
Please read the order confirmation email carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us within 24 hours, otherwise the order delivery will not be accepted for modification and no reason to refund.
Return Conditions
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sleepwear, underwear & bodysuits, swimwear, socks.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
6. Last Call items are final sale and are non-returnable.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
